As far as I know the 200Q is turbocharged.  The 60K maintenance is good
but it isn't all encompassing, I think stuff like coolant flush and brake 
fluid changes
usually aren't included, but should be done. 

The wheel bearings normally don't go that quickly.  See if you can get them 
to do it
since the part is not the normal audi wheel bearing (it's weird, it kind of 
steps
up in the middle) and it costs a bit more (like $1xx.00).  Mine went at 105K

$13900 sounds like standard dealer drivel, do you know how long the car has
been on the lot?

I like the car, its a blast, 80 mph feels like 50, and for long trips its 
remarkably
comfortable.
