Hi Chris. Sorry about the bad news.
I hope you got the info on the perpertrator's insurance company so you can
claim against the perp. Since your car is so new it's probably a good idea
to make the perp and the insurance people buy you a new door. Not some used
door taken from the junkyard.
Hope the paint-matcher does a good job.
