If you're going to be near Stuttgart, you should go see the Mercedes factory
in Sindlefingen (sp?). Unfortunately, the tour is in German so I could
only pick up parts of it but you get to see the whole production facility
from sheet metal fab to paint inspection. Great comapny store too for 
gifts for all your friends who own Mercedes. Highly recommended.
