It depends upon what we're referring to when we say "Comp T/A".
That name has been used by BFG on a series and several generation of
different designs. The current ultra-high performance "Comp T/A 3"
are directional, Z-rated tires which are, IMHO, one of the best
tires today in this category. Not to mention the fact that they are
very competitively priced. I run a set of these (205/50ZR15)
on my 4000 and they are simply phenomenal. The noise level is
good compared to many other ultra performance tires, the wet
performance is quite good, but the dry handling is just fantastic.
