Size of Lug nuts (bolts) on 1990 80Q

Can anyone tell me the size of the lug nuts?  I want to get a torque
wrench to use when changeing the tires, but I can not find any
documentation on the size of the socket.  (I know that they should be
tightened to 80 n-m, though)

Also any recommendation about which torque wrench to buy (I am
planning on a sears craftsman, that way if it breaks, it will be
replaced...)
