see if it has internal caliper front brakes or regular discs.  internal
caliper discs are prone to expensive warping. it will only have regular discs
if the previous owner got them changed.

60K gotta do timing belt.  but sounds like a reasonable price if it
is in good condition.  for $2.7K ned ritchie can soup it up to 290 or
so bhp.
