I'm afraid this won't help much, what I saw was a copy of one of those sheets,
in a textbook I was flipping through.  Don't remember if its one that I was
just looking at, or one that I have.  Newer books on IC engine design and 
operation usually cover this stuff, since emissions is a fundamental design
constraint these days.  I'll check and see if I can tell you something more
specific next week.
