Lawyers and Tickets

I agree that lawyers are a good and relatively economical approach to
avoiding the costly consequences of speeding tickets.  Yet, I have also
found that there are many areas (i.e. counties) that do not have
such diversion programs or understanding prosecutors who are willing
to overlook speeding tickets.  

I also agree that there is a definite need for speed, but sooner or later
a lawyer can't solve all problems and there will be tickets that will be
enforced.

So the moral of the story is... ONLY SPEED IN AREAS WHERE YOU KNOW THERE
ARE DIVERSION PROGRAMS AVAILABLE... (joke)
