   I would think, that a competent radiator repair shop could solder the
  nipple back on.  Or, you could tap the hole, and insert a threaded-type
 nipple into the hole. Or, maybe, just maybe, you could have a shop put on a
 new tank (top cover part) and leave the rest of the radiator intact.
 This is all in theory of course.  Maybe a used radiator.
