Re: Antennae

Don't know if my experience is worth the band width or not, but here goes:

The power antenna on my '86 4000CSQ quit working. Wouldn't extend, but 
could here the motor running as it tried to pull it back down. Removed, 
disassembled, cleaned contact points on both relays, bent relay pivot 
from to have open points closer together, reassembled, has worked like a 
charm ever since.  Might be worth a try, at least it's free, expcept for 
your time and if you end up replacing with new you will have already 
figured out how to do it.
