4000S fan that won't quit

Thanks for all of the responses. I called a local import car shop and the
solution seems to be this:
1.My fan switch (two pin) was stuck/bad
2.The 3 pin that I installed wasn't designed for my vehicle, and WILL make
the fan run all the time, even if it's good

I ordered a new switch, for only about $12, and it will be here tomorrow.
I'll try it and let you know. If there is anyone else in the NE Ohio area
that needs a good mechanic, call Euro-Car Service and Parts. They are located
in Norton, Oh (near Akron, south of Cleveland). The guys are great. No one
will accuse them of being the cheapest for parts and labor, but they have an
excellent pool of knowledge to figure out obscure problems. (Audi) They
service all European makes and a few Japanese (Lexus, Toyota, Honda, Acura)
Thanks again, I'll let you know how it goes,
                             ---Bob
