87 4000S speedometer

Greetings all,
  I need a good used speedo for my 87 4000S, FWD.   I know of several good
salvage yards to get this from, but I am looking for one as cheap as possible.
 The best price I have gotten is about $50.  Can anyone do any better?  I know
 there must be some lonely parts car that wants to donate one...

 BTW, I would prefer an 87.  The 85-87 should be the same, but I have an
 84 4000S for a parts car and the one from the 84 WILL NOT FIT.   I have spent
 many an evening disassembling and reassembling the spare and the one from my
 car and can't seem to conquer the problem.  The usual, the speedo works fine
 but the odom. stopped dead at 120k.  This would not be a problem, but I plan
 on running soem TSD rally events this winter.

 Any help would be appreciated, but if nothing turns up, I can always shell out
 the $50.
