	   Sears sells a Diehard battery with the vent. It is more expensive
   than the ordinary Diehards but worth the peace of mind. Also, I have
   noticed other brands of batteries in the market (Exide at Kmart, I think)
   has started putting connections for vent pipes on many of their common
   battery sizes.

It's called the "International" (still "Diehard" series), group 41 size.
