Suggest pulling the wires off the radiator temp sensor and trying the tick
again.  Then pull the plug off the Multi function Temp sensor (six wire plug
below the upper coolant feed on the head), try the batt trick again.  Lastly,
try pulling the wire off the intake overheat sending unit (located by the
wastegate on a plate between the intake and exhaust), try your batt
disconnect again.  If all these tests fail to produce the fan, your relay is
probably the culprit.
