Sanity check (repeat message reception)

Forgive the added waste of bandwidth, but I keep receiving quattro list
messages that look awfull darned familiar, like deja-vu all over again.
I suspect one of the following possibilities:
	a) I'm clairvoyant and have seen them all in my dreams.
	b) I've received them before.
	c) I'm stuck in an infinite time loop.
	d) None of the above

Any net wisdom on this?  TYIA
