Congrats on your new car! Good luck with it.
The rotary dial knob, located on the outside of the seats, is usually the
European design method for adjusting the reclining angle. If your car is a
Canadian model, it may have incorporated some Euro features. In the US, cars
generally have a horizontal lever on the outside that you lift up to adjust
reclining angle with a sort of ratcheting mechanism. Also, the owner's manual
may be for the US and Canadian version, as mine indicates certain features as
being only applicable to the Canadian versions.
In the US, at least on my Q Coupe, the lumbar support is on the inside of the
seats and all other adjustments are powered.
