I keep forgetting that - the US never got urqs with Torsens, did it?
Well, a further amusement. I'm out on business tomorrow, and the tour takes me
to the famous town of Leamington Spa - home of BR Motorsport, who currently
claim to have worked on 200+ urqs in the past calendar year.
I have more than a few questions for them about mine. Like - when I do THIS
- why does it do THAT? Maybe I'll wind up a lot wiser.
The secretary of the UK Club was in touch earlier - he's fascinated by the idea
of this mailing list. I'm investigating the possibility of exposing it to the
UK club's membership via a bulletin board (I run one here) and some custom Audi
Club software.
We'll see. One of the events planned for 1995, BTW, is a major meet at the
Silverstone racing circuit on 28 July - the goal is to get 100 urqs on the club
stand.
