WRT dish soap, that's a *never use*, but maybe not so bad as using synthetic
fibers in your wash/dry towels. I can't lay my hands on the source material,
but I've read, in authoratative sources, that detergents (dish/laundry) are
the death of high-quality finishes. When I (a) have a good wax coat, and (b)
don't want to mess with the fanatical drying business, I use powered car
wash sold by NAPA and then go for a drive to air dry. (Incommmmmming...)

WRT autobahn being pricey, a container good for about 10-15 washes is under
$20. It's good stuff, I don't know about the other stuff out there, it
might or might not be equal or cheaper. I suspect that the old "Ya gits what
ya pays for" might apply.

Sorry Dave, but then I have to cancel my scheduled appearance on Oprah!
