Although it has yet to be put on the road (a couple more days), I've just
gone through (completely) my '85 4000q. I put yellow (externally adjustable)
Konis on all 4 with H&R progressive rate springs. The front Konis have just
been introduced and are adjustable with a removable knob! The rears are the
adjust once and forget type. I would assume Koni would have a similar, if
not the same, model for the 5ks.
To adjust the fronts, raise the hood, install the knob, turn in desired
direction and you're done. Do the same to both sides and drive. Couldn't
be simpler (I hope). I will let you all know how it really works. ;)
