Sounds like a bad CV joint. Check if the CV boots are intact and no grease
is coming out. I have heard that in some cases, the joint has gone bad
even though the boot is intact. A bad CV joint will make a clicking
noise in sharp, slow turns and can also cause vibrations in high speed
driving.
