actually the DIN hp numbers are slightly different. e.g. 3.6 V8
makes 250 DIN bhp, while it makes 240 SAE bhp, the V6 makes 174 DIN
vs 172 SAE, the S4 makes 238 DIN vs 227 SAE... unless the cars
are slightly detuned but i thought they stopped that practice.

this may not be the real intention, but with a turbo, it would be
so much easier to soup up.. and you have less mass up front too.
