I looked through some documentation and the 1991 20V turbo has the turbo
boost bypass valve which, when the throttle is suddenly closed, recirculates
the boosted air to the inlet of the turbo compressor to keep the air moving
and the turbo spinning. This setup helps eliminate some turbo lag. I would
think the S4 also has this plumbing installed, but am not certain.
