300hp Ur quattro?

  The thought of 300hp in my Ur quattro (in regards to the 20v vs. 10v 
debate) makes my face all smiley to say the least! However, as good sense 
seeps in, I have to cringe at the prospect of exploding gearboxes, 
differentials, and various other driveline components. Does anyone know 
if this kind of power can actually be used reliably? It seems if my car 
could handle twice the stock output, I'd still be on my first set of 
motor,transmission, and differential mounts. All have been replaced. Has 
anyone actually used 300hp in  frequent (real life ) street use?

Any Insights?
