The Sport Q compressor bypass valve has the capability of handling higher 
boost pressures and air flows than the stock vavle.  Maybe not a concern 
if you stick with the stock turbo and boost pressures, but for those who 
like living on the foreskin of Audi HP modifications, it'll probably make a 
difference.
