some of them have already been scanned a couple of years ago by me.
they are currently sitting in metrics.com.  these are the index to
the various diagnostic channels in the CC.  i recently acquired
the entire troubleshooting guide (factory) which also tells you
what to do in a flow chart fashion.

i'll try and borrow a scanner and do it sometime, but no promises
how soon.
