The kit I got from PAP had ALL washers in it, as well as
the front shaft seal, and the bearings.

My bearings showed absolutely no play, so I left them.
However, I changed the front shaft seal, and EVERY O-RING,
even the one Scott talked about.

I glad to see someone else has been sucessful at a re-build.
Perhaps we can dispell the "cannnot be re-built by a
do-it-your-selfer" attitude.

Or it is possible we have been lucky, and our troubles are
just around the corner.
