   it is a passive and reletively brainless addition to a turbocharged car...

But these are *AUDI*s! They require the most complicated systems that can
be almost managed by the human mind! I mean, why do you think they de-
signed all those weird nooks and crannies into the cars, if not to be
filled with relays and other gizmos?
