Well, I'd be rather shocked if I have weak shocks after less than 23k
miles...

I'm not one to defend dealers in general, but in all fairness, all of the
parts that have been replaced have been to fix real problems or as a direct
result of my own complaints about the car.
I also regularly patronize two different dealerships; the list of parts
is the summation of what both have replaced.

This is what I was afraid of and why I've been trying to find some reasonable
explenation for the problem. Thanks for the input; I'll check it out.
