Any good and cheap Mass. body repair shop?

I have just inherited a 1st generation 90Q (88?) and I have decided to
spend a little money on the car soon.  Part of a door is dented, & the nose
is flattened from its curvacious look due to a 10 mph bump into another
car.  I was wondering if anyone knows an honest but good body shop in the
Boston area that's reasonably priced.  And what can I roughly expect to be
paying?  It's a great car, but there is one last item.  The car is too slow
off the line.  Is there ANY aftermarket things that are reasonably priced?
The car is only worth a few thousand so I want to be cost effective as much
as possible.
