Spraying the screw will not give you the result of engine effect, the screw
is for bypass of "hose" air from the intercooler, not air from around the
screw...  the screw should turn much more thatn 1.5, try heating up the area
(gently!) with lite torch or a hair dryer, you should be able to back the
screw right out of the t-body, sounds to me like you still have the goop on
some of the threads and this prevents you from being able to go beyond the
1.5 turns...  The O-ring may be giving you probs as well, I'm betting you're
at the right spot for the problem tho
