ECU/chip/waste gate upgrades

Since there seems to be so much going out on these things...

If there is interest from more people in pursuing the TAP upgrade, please
email me directly and let me know what cars we're talking about and what
timetable you might want to get this thing done.  Since I've already talked
with TAP about this deal, I've got no problem with pursuing it further or
at least initiating the idea of further deals.  It seems that they would
like at least three of the same mod to be done on a given day to do the
deal.  They require FedEx in and FedEx it out the same day...although we
could probably freak them out if we suddenly dumped 20 or so on them at
once!
