It is interesting to note that even the purely mechanical FI system on the 
'78 Audi Fox is referred to as K-Jetronic.  I think that the newer systems

are called K-Jetronic with Lambda control.  If anyone is interested there 
is a rather cursory description of all of the standard Bosch systems in
the Bosch "Automotive Handbook."  Bosch also has more detailed descrip-
tions of the systems available (I saw them listed in the EWA catalog).  
I have the ones for the K-Jetronic and KE-Jetronic.  They are quite useful 
books that describe many of the things we've been discussing on the list.
