Re: v8 vs s4

WRT leather treatments, I've always been partial to CB
Hidefood. The CB refers to Connolly Brothers, the blokes
whot turn out the interiors for Rolls Royce, Volvo and some
          others.

I've been feeding Hidefood to my leather for many years and
find that it does seem to stay supple and crackfree (wish I
could say that about myself!). It goes on as a paste and
gets buffed off. It is not a cleaner.

The best part about the stuff may be where you have to buy
it. It is stocked in Rolls Royce dealer parts departments,
but is not priced to RR standards. An 8 oz tub of the stuff,
which should be good for a year, costs about $5 or so,
unless of course you drop the damn thing, which I did
          recently.

Keeping your leather cool and out of sunlight is also
helpful. Parking your car in the living room couldn't hurt
          the paint, either ;-)

          YMMV
