No Subject

Two questions, one of them really stupid:
First the stupid one... Last year when the A/C season was over, it was 
working just fine. This year (as far as I can tell) it is nice warm air 
out of the front vents. (You know, kinda like I wanted to do all 
winter?!!) Is there a 'usual' point of failure in the system I should 
first look at? Or could it be anywhere!?

second question: When I start the car in the morning, I hear a 'buzzing' 
coming from the area of the glove box. Then after second it calms down to 
a buzz every second or so. Any clues? Thanks in advance.

Oh wait.... one more (Dont leave yet) Where could I get a thicker front 
sway bar for an '86 5ktq??? Doesnt exactly sound 'bolt in'..is it? Thanks 
again.
