Non-water cooled turbo cars have the second oil filter for the turbo,
ur-Qs and older 5000 turbos. The newer water-cooled turbo cars don't have
the turbo oil filter becuse the volume of oil that is required is much
less, 'cause the oil isn't doing the job of cooling the turbo, it's just
providing lubrication for the bearings.
