	Another thought, Steve, which has probably crossed your
	mind as well. You could (for an admittedly non-trivial
	investment) set up a tool-loan program: if you charged
	(say) 25% of the purchase price of the tool to the borrower,
	you'd be OK as far as money goes, have all the tools, and
	I'm sure most borrowers would be happy as well.

	On the other hand, the whole business could be just too
	troublesome ...
