Tune Ups 87 5000CS Turbo

My 87 CS turbo has 191K miles on it.  I have had the car the last
9K, and am not sure when the last tune up was done on the car.
How often should the be tuned up, and what is usually done by an AUDI 
dealer, when you get the car tuned up.  Also what should I expect to 
be charged?

Anyone want to guess how many more miles I have left on it?  It still
has the original clutch and engine.  

Besides a tune up, what other types of things can I have done to it, 
to insure its running it tip top shape.

Also does anyone know of catalogs of Audi extras that I can order to 
increase looks and performance.
