Oil is normal, clean it up the best you can.

Undo the two allen screws and take the sensor off, and try
and clean out the intercooleer with a bit of gasoline if
you think there is a lot of it. Might help..

The sensor ( thought it was a mass air-flow sensor ) is
just a temp sensor.
