Eric's offer of calendars sounds great to me.  The suggestion of sending 
them to a single location in a single shipment and then onward is great.  
Count me in if it isn't a huge cost.  $17 to $25 is huge.

Gee, d'ya hear me doing my bird imitation?  Cheap-cheap.  :-)
