In my 86 coupe GT(5 cyl), the hand rarely moves from around 60 deg C under
normal driving conditions. But in mountain pass climbing mode (9k-11k foot
elevation, constant uphill climb for 5-7 miles, 3rd gear, full throttle,
around 65mph and 5000 rpm), my temps get up around 130 deg C. Never seen it
go much higher than 130.
