Yes fi are rated at lbs/hr output (the higher the number the higher the
flow)....  There are several parameters involved in FI apps, but there is a
long formula to figgr out what is the ideal......  My suggestion is that if
you're looking at them, go with flow balanced injectors or matched set....
  This means that at a given pressure all your injectors are putting out the
same pulse/fuel/volume/lbperhr....  It's been a racers trick since the advent
of fi systems, it's now just more commonly available.....  Lots of parameters
in an electronic (sequential port the best) injectors that can be and are
computer controlled....  For the audi apps, unless you are running a non
turbo car, you will be way ahead putting your money into upgrades until you
read a lean condition, cuz that threshold on the turbos is very high, NJT
(not just thinkin).....
