UPDATE: Direct E-mail work out of US?

I've gotten some positive feedback from outside of the US, but as I suspect-
ed Phil Payne (sorry about getting the name wrong earlier Phil) said that he 
has never received mail from me.  I know that I have responded to him on 
several issues (temp sensors in intercoolers on his QTC, SunPRO stuff, prob-
ably more).  Anyone have any ideas why I am not able to get mail to him?
