For an UrQ FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions), there is one which I have put
together on the ur-quattro that sits on the quattro mail server. I think it
is urq_faq.txt or something like that. Go through the majordomo stuff and it
is one of the files you can "get". I will be sending out a new one to Dan
soon which contains new information, more article references, etc.
As for ur-quattro prices, they are all over the board. They depend on year,
condition, mileage, maintainance history, modifications, etc. As was
mentioned, some are going for as low as $2k - $3k and they go up from there.
In the past year I have seen some low mileage 85s advertised for around $15k
to $20k. I have also heard of some 85s in the $7k range. I would bracket 83
prices at $5k - $10k, 84s at $6k - $11k and 85s at $7k - $12k. From my data,
the prices are holding steady and haven't started going up.
