Ah, the joys of sticky rubber!
What are you referencing your results with? What tires and what vehicle?
>From a street standpoint, going from some cheapie H-rated 195/60-14 tires
to my Dunlop D40M2's (195/55-14), I've noticed a big difference in
breakaway. It goes as I posted earlier: The Dunlops have a lot more
ultimate grip, feeling glued to the road at 9/10th's of the envelope. But
when one finally reaches 10/10th's, the let loose like a suction
cup...all at once! Mind you, I don't mean to pick a fight, but the
experiences I've had (albeit limited) don't suppport your post.

Wanna have some fun Charlie? I have run some autocross events organized
by O.V.R. (Ohio Valley Region) SCCA in Columbus and had a blast. It's
only about a 2 hour drive for me to Columbus. E-mail me directly if you
are interested. I can post Schedules and contacts for OVR.
