Given the variances in the claimed vs actual specs from the different tire
manufacturers, a simple calculator is prolly as accurate as any "program"
found on htp.   I found that once you get to .3 to .5" on any app your margin
of error become the manufacturers variance anyway.  And a couple of quick
burnouts on any "oversized" tire will certainly put you closer to actual
spec....  :~) ...  Don't overcomplicate this math guys, your own speedo error
combined with tire mold variance will put you close enough with mr.
calculator......  I'd tend to concentrate more on wheel offset and fender rub
than the dia., it really is secondary to fitment anyway.....
