In regards to the Bosch lights used in the EC article, they function exactly
like an H4 bulb should.  The light is very white.  The beam pattern cutoff is
clean and precise.  They have city light bulbs in the side of the housing
that I have yet to hook up.  I simply don't see a need to at this time. All
in all,  I am very happy with them.
