Being in the service business myself, I understand -- and agree with -- your
sentiments about not sharing your secrets for free ... to an extent.  When I
am asked to give away something that I normally sell, I get testy ... but if
I am asked to share my knowledge about something for which I have a passion,
be it music, single-malt scotch or Audis, then I'll do so gladly and without
a moment's hesitation.  The benefits I receive more than cover the cost that
I pay and that's been especially true of my experience here.

If everyone decided to clam up, what kind of forum would this become?  It is
solely because people like you have been willing to contribute freely that I
actually look forward to logging-on every evening when I get home from work.
If you decide to hold back, then someone else will eventually decide to hold
back too and then where will we be?  Not just thinkin'...
