As far as I know, all US-spec 4000 FWD 4-cylinder cars (with the
type 014 4-speed or 013 5-speed tranny) have 4.11:1 final drive ratios.

The early 013 5-speeds (1981-83) have very tall gears for fuel economy
(2M tranny code; 5th is something like a 0.60). The 1984 5-speed (2N)
is a medium ratio with 5th at 0.68, and the 1985-87 (2P) is a close
ratio with 5th at 0.80.

Many other final drive and gear ratios were available in Europe
for the 4000 (nee 80) series, and the US-spec 4-cyl VW Quantum, Fox
models (which have the same tranny) had different ratios as well.
