	SUBJ: CAN'T START (R. Paquette)

	some possibilities:
	NOT ENOUGH AIR AT IDLE
ide stabilizer; try opening the air flow via the idle screw on the
throttle body. if it works you'll end-up with a high idle when warm.
pcv clogged; if your mixture is correct i can't see how it should not stall when removing the dip stick. Take the pcv circuit apart and clean it.

	NOT ENOUGH FUEL WHEN COLD.
FUEL DISTRIBOR; try adjusting the fuel mixture via the long 1/8" Allenwrench. It's just too lean.
cold. the fuel distributor adjustment will determine if this is the case becuase when warm the engine will run too rich.

	hope it helps, ciao,
