What size rims?

I have an 86 4000q that I race in SCCA Solo II stock class.  My question 
is:  What is the largest size wheel offered on the 4000?  The rules 
state I can legally use any size that was ever offered on the car.  
Also, what size tires would you recommend for this wheel?

I have the stock alloys...14 inchers.
